Hi Nigel, Don’t know who else involved with our initial paperwork during our first time at McGee Toyota in Epping beside Ryan Hurst but our last name was Mottola but incorrectly put as Mottola after copies of our driver licenses. Obviously no one cared enough to read or understand the importance of accuracy. We came back the next day to sign for the loaner as the car was not ready, only to find out the car color was silver and should be white on the temporary tag form. We then was given the incorrect car report when trying to get the information on correct car color. Monday, we were told by Christavo Sousa that they lost our check we wrote and signed paperwork and have to sign again. On Wednesday, we called the service department to see when the car would be done only to find out a whole laundry list of things needed to fix, including the transfer case. Hush hush…that did not disclose to us the first night by anyone at the dealer. You guys just wanted us to sign everything and get locked in with the car and not supposed to know. Sounded very crooked, so typical. The day we picked up the car when all the services were done, the wipers shown installed driver to passenger and vice versa by Tyler Conha According to the service paperwork, broke the wiper, and left as broken with the car. How disgusting the way your employees handled these errors. Where are their responsibilities and accountability? This is my first time buying Toyota and first impression. Your employees did make them memorable (Negatively)…hope this does not get tucked away like what your employees did to our car!!!!!!!
