Went to make an appointment for oil change. Service Mgr called someone & told me they would call back shortly. I did get a call & they told me I could come in nine days later. The call back per Service Mgr called someone & told me they would call back shortly. I did get a call & they told me I could come in nine days later. The call back person seemed a little annoyed when I asked if I could come in sooner. The old system worked much better when you could deal directly with the dealership & resolve everything at that time. I pursued this with the manager JC & Christian who took care of my concern right away. I think the system needs improvement. More
