Disappointed that at service appointment doesn't matter for an oil and filter change. Disappponted that my controller arms needed to be fixed/replaced so quickly after they were replaced back in Sept. But for an oil and filter change. Disappponted that my controller arms needed to be fixed/replaced so quickly after they were replaced back in Sept. But pleased they were covered under the parts warranty. Understanding that more time was needed to replace the control arms but disappointed that the repairs were completed outside of shuttle service time so I had to make arrangements to get to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Disapppinted that the dealership still doesn't have nor offers a complimentary car wash after service is completed. More
