Aside from the salesman the rest of the Brandon Honda team has convinced me to no longer take my business there. Being a repeat customer (4 previous purchases) and having according to them top tier credi team has convinced me to no longer take my business there. Being a repeat customer (4 previous purchases) and having according to them top tier credit (780) they could not offer me a better interest rate. It was double my previous vehicle that I was trading in with equity. I guess they don’t mind losing money in this economy cause although I will stay faithful to Honda it won’t be at Brandon. I received a call from the finance department. They did not solve my problem but provided more of an explanation as to why they could not give me a better rate. I will continue to buy my cars from Honda I just won’t go through their financing. From now on I’ll get the financing through my bank and just show up there with a check. More

Terrible. Signed papers. Called me back with a higher interest rate and even higher pricing. I returned the car. I'm out 500$ for tinting that I put on the Signed papers.
