I have purchased many vehicles in my life. And this was one of the worst experiences ever. Went there to find a vehicle for my 17yr old daughter after her other car was totaled out. Alot of mi And this was one of the worst experiences ever. Went there to find a vehicle for my 17yr old daughter after her other car was totaled out. Alot of misleading information which led to us purchasing a car we liked but then had a change of heart. Went to return the vehicle following day just to try and get my $2500 down payment back, due to some concerns about vehicle. And they kept a $1000 for restocking the vehicle. Never go back. Do not buy from them. Rude and Arrogant only concern is profit not customers. More

One of the best dealerships I've ever been to the staff was very helpful they went out of their way to help me get the car I wanted at a price I could afford I had to wait for them to detail my car so I we was very helpful they went out of their way to help me get the car I wanted at a price I could afford I had to wait for them to detail my car so I went into the waiting room I felt very comfortable in there there was a TV a stack machine and a coffee and hot chocolate machine that was free I felt like I was home great job guys More

Our sales professional Josiah was awesome. He was personable and real. Even though we were not buying an expensive car (extra car for our vacation home) we were treated well which is more than we ca personable and real. Even though we were not buying an expensive car (extra car for our vacation home) we were treated well which is more than we can say of most dealers in the area who will not even return calls. I am happy we had the opportunity and good fortune to work with Ford of Port Richey and would recommend them highly. Also Frank in service is very helpful and takes his time with hearing any concerns on repairs. All in all we went from not bring able to speak to anyone elsewhere to finding a car and leaving with it in just a couple of hours. Ford of Port Richey wanted our business and made us feel valued.
