Everyone and I mean everyone I spoke to was VERY nice and had such a great attitude! That has to start at the top I'm sure. I initially met with Christian for servicing my Corolla Cross. He even related a story of getting a motorcycle and having to smooth things over with the Mrs. "lol" I then walked out the door for some fresh air and met Xavian on the way back in. We went inside and had a great conversation! I ended up leaving with a fantastic electric vehicle the BZ4X! He asked a few questions to to help determine if I was a good candidate for a Lease to Purchase. Since I work from home and don't drive many miles, I was a good fit. I mentioned a couple vehicles and we finally arrived at the BZ4X. I feel very fortunate to have met Xavian and Christian. I also met Luke who came up to talk and he too, was very pleasant. Two more shoutouts are to Jimmy who manages the Service dept. His customer, Chris knew me and introduced us. Jimmy has a GREAT attitude! I also met with the New Car Director, Will Taylor who was so nice. I told him he should give Xavian a raise! Hopefully my sales experience will make that come to fruition. I also want to say that all of these people and their great attitude were very authentic and I could tell, genuine. That really has a positive impact on me as a customer. Overall, I very much enjoyed my time at Cedar Park both in Service and Sales departments. If anyone is looking for a 5 STAR experience in servicing your vehicle OR in buying/leasing a vehicle, I doubt you can find a better experience anywhere! More
