I'm extremely disappointed with Toyota Tampa Bay. I was excited to purchase my new car from them. That excitement has turned into disgruntle. They were dishonest and they have not paid off my trade i I was excited to purchase my new car from them. That excitement has turned into disgruntle. They were dishonest and they have not paid off my trade in (it's been over 3 weeks now). I wasn't aware they could put me in a position to have to make payments on my trade-in vehicle and my new vehicle to avoid negative remarks on my credit report. Their reputation with me is extremely negative. I plan to reach out to them in person for a resolution that I hope will be favorable. Phone calls are not working. They should have been honest with me as I was with them. I guess all they wanted was the check from the bank. I was already pre-approved with CapitalOne, they ended up financing me through Wellsfargo. Granted, I already have services with both CapitalOne and Wellsfargo, why didn't they inform me that the financing had changed. I only came to the dealership because of the CapitalOne pre-approval in the first place. On the night I bought the new car, I was tired from work and not operating 100%. They took advantage of that. Who's to say they will keep their word on the free oil changes and car detailing going forward. This 2024 Camry SE is my 3rd Camry. I traded in my 2018 Camry XLE. Previously, traded in a Toyota 2017 Avalon for the 2018 Camry XLE. Additionally, my very first vehicle was a 1993 Toyota Tercel, I purchased it in the spring of 1993. Nonetheless, I'm a very dissatisfied, disappointed, and frustrated Toyota customer. More
