Please don't buy from that dealership they will add fees that u won't agree on this fake service agreement fake warranty stay away they will confuse you n lie to u telling u the bank won't approve unless u that u won't agree on this fake service agreement fake warranty stay away they will confuse you n lie to u telling u the bank won't approve unless u get those service agreements PPP is garbage u will never use it they force that on the sale n when u tell them ur not interested they tell u they can't remove it u will see they are very aggressive n rude very unprofessional when I go online u think ur getting a good price when they are don't structuring the loan it will be sky high beware stay away several banks told me stay away from that dealership they told me that they will reimburse me still haven't received anything nothing they will keep ur money n laugh at you they added a total of $8000 onto my loan I signed by mistake because I was tired exhausted by the stress they caused me they traumatized me so bad it's unbelievable I don't recommend no one to that dealership check ur buyers order n you will see stay away More

I'm really pleased with this Toyota Dealership. I'm an African American black woman and am overweight and I thought that the sales people would be biased against me but that was not the case. Everyone there treated me with much great respect even the sales agents Randall McGaugh and Hamaz. They both went above and beyond their work ethics to assist and please me accordingly even the Managers named Dino and Noah. And I drove off the lot with my nearly new 2023 car ! ! ! They ALL need raises....like immediately. And also the atmosphere was so pleasing, calm and pleasant. It was just Wonderful and amazing people working throughout this Toyota dealership located off of 19th and Fletcher Ave in Tampa FL. Everyone needs to stop by and pay them a visit and talk; explain your situation with them and provide them with your needs and they will take out the time to assist you.
