Three hours into our trip to Florida the transmission quit working.Wouldn't go in gear. Lucky for me that it happened in Columbia,TN. Had car towed to Ford of Columbia. Kept me posted on everything they were doing. They did a great job! Employees and service were AWESOME!! Both are hard to come by these days. Wish they were located in Louisville, KY.
