I had about 11,000 miles since my previous oil change and I knew I was due. 5 days after that cancelled appointment my light came on. So, I had to take another half day off from work to reschedule. When purchasing the vehicle I was told that I would get 2 free oil changes per year for 2 years. I wasn't told you get a free oil change if we say you get a free oil change. It seems like someone changed the agreed upon deal. Last year I was not given any problems when requesting my oil changes. Now it's different. I feel if you make an agreement with a person, that agreement should be kept and not changed. Just to be honest this will make me think twice the next time I decide to purchase a new vehicle. I love my Honda. It's a great car. Just not happy about how I believe the goal lines were moved. Susan was awesome though!! More

Went In for 2 recalls. They told me it would take all day but refused to give me a loaner. Said they just don’t do that.
