Hello everybody, I’ve been in sales/ the people business for over 20 years and am now new to the car industry. Originally from New York City, Queens and now a resident of Chicopee MA since 2006. I’m married with 2 adult children lol and have a cat named sharky as our pet. I love collecting shot glasses and vintage collectables aka toys lol my favorite car would have to be a Mercedes Benz S class AMG style. On my previous visit to replace my back brakes my service attendant informed me that my front brakes were also going to be needing replacement soon. Over the last few months I’ve been feeling and hearing squ attendant informed me that my front brakes were also going to be needing replacement soon. Over the last few months I’ve been feeling and hearing squeezing coming from my brakes, and now after I just replaced my starter both my brakes were rated in the green. So I guess my brakes magically repaired themselves? Or my previous visit was inaccurate. Either way after being charged $1100 to replace a starter I think I’ll go somewhere else next time. More

I came in with a plan in mind and the help I received to achieve my goal was phenomenal.
