The service writer Christian was great. The only issue they need to work out is their loaner car policy. When I scheduled my appointment I was told I could have a loaner car. I scheduled The only issue they need to work out is their loaner car policy. When I scheduled my appointment I was told I could have a loaner car. I scheduled my work day with gage in mind. But when I got to the dealership I was told there were no more loaner cars. I had to come back later that day after work to have my car serviced. They just need to come up with a better system so customers are not inconvenienced. More
