I brought my car in for routine servicing.
Once I dropped it off nobody in the service dept contacted me to update. My calls went unanswered (I was hung up on twice while on hold). Three hours
Once I dropped it off nobody in the service dept contacted me to update. My calls went unanswered (I was hung up on twice while on hold). Three hours after I brought it in a virtual chat assistant sent a message and my service rep called to say I needed brakes, which I authorized. Another 3 hours and no updates despite the fact the car was promised to me by that time since I had a childcare issue. I had to walk to the dealership to find out the status. It was done but nobody bothered to let me know. I got a text it was ready after I had already picked it up. I had a similar experience 2 years ago and stopped going to this dealership but thought I would try again. Service hasn’t improved - I won’t be back.
