Rick case Kia sunrise is the worse dealership put my trust in them to get a reliability vehicle and I get one that is falling apart and I only have this vehicle for three days the service light is comin trust in them to get a reliability vehicle and I get one that is falling apart and I only have this vehicle for three days the service light is coming on already I have other problems also .I am so devastated I put my trust in them so sad and stressed out over everything they are all the same bad people they are not there to help More

new kia forte - one of the best days of my life! let's start by saying that I've been to other dealers before, many of them. Rick Case Kia in Sunrise is at a whole different level! not only i dr let's start by saying that I've been to other dealers before, many of them. Rick Case Kia in Sunrise is at a whole different level! not only i drove back home on a brand new Kia Forte =) but i also found a group of people who made me feel welcomed, pampered and helped when needed. they're probably the most professional and detail oriented workers out there... and on top of that thy're also extremely friendly. Caroll Gil is probably the most remarkable example of how being professional and being fun to talk to can merge and create the ultimate 'buying a brand new car experience' can't wait to get my oil change now =) so i can have them taking care of my ride again =) More

Pleasant and painless From the beginning hasel free, given a chance to review all models and than was approached by Christian my salesman. He listened to my needs and than From the beginning hasel free, given a chance to review all models and than was approached by Christian my salesman. He listened to my needs and than allowed me to choose what was best for me. This was probably the easiest visit to a car dealership in my life.
