It is good. However, not consistent. One time I was offered loaner, next time not. I had a hard time understanding I couldn’t get grease removed from my back However, not consistent. I called in about my BMW X1 having an unrepairable flat tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. She made my appointment for the same day and I still had time to make to work o tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. I was received very well upon arrival, plus the maintenance person began work on my replacement tire immediately and washed the vehicle in minimal time. I was very pleased with my whole experience.
