Upon arrival at the dealership, there were no seats available. It looked more like a call center than an actual dealership. My sales person didn’t communicate well and didn’t understand what I want. And also tried to sell me a premium car at a non premium price at first. He tried to get me by offering me a price that was a couple thousand more than the price they listed their car for online. Then they didn’t even have the car in their lot and had to drive 75 miles to get it for me the same day. I was so exhausted by the time I left the dealership. Got there for 12:30 and left at 9. Even the general manager tried to pull one too many on me. The car had a paint chip and I was told I can bring it back for free to be fixed. Called the sales rep and he said to come in on a particular day, and he wasn’t even there. Said to go back the next day, as if I don’t have a job. 12/10 don’t recommend this place. More
