I bought my first Lexus, an RX 350, at Wesley Chapel in 2019. I have returned every 5000 miles for routine maintenance. I am a heavy commuter, and had put over 130,000 miles on my 2019 Lexus when I was in 2019. I have returned every 5000 miles for routine maintenance. I am a heavy commuter, and had put over 130,000 miles on my 2019 Lexus when I was in an accident on the interstate last month, which totaled my car. I immediately returned to Lexus Of Wesley Chapel and Tim Smith to put me back in to another RX 350. This is the first time I have ever bought the same car twice by choice! The whole crew at Wesley Chapel (from the greeter in service to the complimentary cafe workers) has made me a loyal customer! I highly recommend Tim Smith for sales and Christian Popp for service at Lexus of Wesley Chapel! More

Bought a new 2022 RX 350. After 7 months I noticed a the driver side tire losing pressure. I called and scheduled service. While waiting they sent what I thought was a cool br After 7 months I noticed a the driver side tire losing pressure. I called and scheduled service. While waiting they sent what I thought was a cool breakdown of the problem. In a browser it showed pictures of a nail in the side of the tire, too close to the rim, so they deemed it needed to be replaced. Explicitly stated on the form, that it asked me to approve, was estimated cost of $0.00 and the words 'No Charge'. I thought great! And approved it. After the work was completed I received a bill for $400. When I questioned it, the service advisor was confused and said it might be a bug in their system so he went to ask his manager Christian. The advisor came back and said his manager is not aware of any bug and said I needed to pay to get the car back. I thought it was weird the manager didn't talk to me directly. Seems like the kind of thing managers are for... I said what if I wanted to take that estimate somewhere else and get it cheaper had I known it was $400? The advisor said well if you want to do that you can wait and we'll put your old tire back on. I felt like I was being respectful and reasonable but that response was pretty unprofessional. I didn't have time to wait so I felt pressured to sign. Why didn't the dealership just honor their mistake? Wasn't about $, was about principal. I had a great experience buying and the worst going to service. First and last time getting a Lexus. More

Two years ago this month, Tim Smith sold me my first Lexus, a 2019 RX350. I have driven past the Lexus dealership for years, as it’s on my way home, and I’m so glad I stopped by that day! I am a hea Lexus, a 2019 RX350. I have driven past the Lexus dealership for years, as it’s on my way home, and I’m so glad I stopped by that day! I am a heavy commuter, and I have previously driven a Toyota 300,000 miles so I had faith that my Lexus would be just as reliable. I've driven over 90,000 miles in under 2 years, and the car still looks and drives like new! Christian Popp is my service advisor, and Allan Bien-Aime always greets me by name with a smile. I enjoy having free car washes, so I come by quite often to keep my RX looking new. The guys in the loaner vehicle department have helped me numerous times with a loaner while my car is receiving routine service, which is a service I very much appreciate, as I live over an hour away. Lexus of Wesley Chappel makes me feel valued and appreciated, and that definitely has influenced the way I approach car buying now. With the recent rise in gas prices, I thought I might like to jump on the electric vehicle bandwagon, and I impulsively bought myself a 2021 Tesla model Y. (Good thing I kept my Lexus, though!) I realize that Tesla doesn't have much of any maintenance, but their service department waiting area consisted of a plain couch with no tv, coffee or snacks, much less a complimentary cafe with croissants and lattes! The Tesla sales people told me they are not on commission, and it shows! I realize that Teslas sell themselves, but I would have appreciated a knowledgeable sales person to point out to me all the reasons why I should buy a Tesla! I drove the model Y for less than two months before deciding that it wasn't practical or convenient for me at this time to go fully electric. I had no trouble selling it for what I paid, thanks to the popularity of Tesla right now, but it feels good to be driving a real luxury vehicle again- my RX. Lexus has raised the bar for the whole car buying experience. Their slogan used to be, "The relentless pursuit of perfection," and it shows. The service waiting area and cafe is definitely a huge selling point! When you drive as much as I do, you find yourself having maintenance service quite often. I always choose Lexus of WC for service. I've come in many a morning and dropped off my car for service and gone to work in a loaner vehicle that was waiting for me, thanks to a little advance planning with my service advisor. If you have ever considered buying a Lexus, I can’t recommend Tim Smith and the entire team at Lexus of Wesley Chappel enough! Two years later, I’m still very happy with my choice! More
