This dealership was very dishonest from the first day of me purchasing my Durango. They lied that the A/C was not having issues on the day of purchase and that it was just the computer that needed to be res me purchasing my Durango. They lied that the A/C was not having issues on the day of purchase and that it was just the computer that needed to be reset; that that was the reason the A/C was not cooling. The A/C stopped cooling within 3 days of purchase the vehicle again. I took it back in a week and they took a week to diagnose the problem. They told us that on the first day of purchase they put dye in the A/C that way it would be easier to find the leak next time. So they sold me a car with A/C problems which they lied to me about. They had to order a part for the A/C and it took another week to get in. So now I’m 2 weeks without my BRAND NEW Durango. They took 2-3 days to fix the vehicle and on the Friday of the 2nd week I was going to go pick out the Durango but was told that I needed to “work with them on the timing of picking up the vehicle”. They said the vehicle needed to be detailed I told them it did not need to be detailed I could do that myself. But they insisted that they needed to detail it because it needed to look the way it did when I bought it. I told them no I’m going to pick it up. So they hung up the phone on me and called my boyfriend and told them that they “scratched my Durango in their shop. They sent us a picture after we told them we wanted a picture of the scratch. The picture they sent was not just a scratch. This was damage to the left lower corner of the front bumper. The bumper was damaged and paint was gone. So I spoke with the GM of the dealership on that Friday and he told me that my vehicle would be done that Monday. So that Monday evening came and I texted the man that was supposedly helping me and I told me if my vehicle was done and he proceeded to tell me that it was not done that the “scratch needed to be fix still. I told him that the GM told me it would be done Monday afternoon. Then the man told me that it was not going to be done that they were suppose to talk about it on Monday. So during their whole time of this dealership having my Durango I had to call multiple times and text multiple times to get any updates. People would tell me they would call back and never did. Horrible customer service. So Wednesday came and we texted them and they said that it was in the body shop and then we texted back when would it be finished, no response. So I called the dealership on Friday morning of the 3rd week and spoke with the GM again and told him how pissed I was with buying a BRAND NEW Durango from them that had A/C problems and now DAMAGED not even by myself. I owned this vehicle for almost a month and only had it in my possession for a week. So finally the GM got the service manager to call me and they told me that the body shop would be done on Saturday maybe but for sure Monday on the 4th week. I would not recommend any to purchase any vehicles from this dealership due to the dishonesty and poor and xxxx customer service. They were very unkind and rude. I live 2 hours 30 minutes from this dealership and I was back and forth. They were going to hide the damage on my Durango and not even tell me. The only reason the told me is because I told them I was on my way to pick up my Durango and they got scared. That is unbelievable. I wondering how any of their other customers they do this too and that they don’t even know that they are being lied to. I will make that all the people I know personally and not personally to not do any business with Kendall dodge chrysler jeep ram. More

Horrible Service Department. There is no organization. My truck was there for 23 days before it was even looked out by a mechanic. Felipe would take hours to respond to phone calls or text messages - if he even responded at all. On 8/ 09 he flat out lied to me when after I waited hours to get a respond to my text, I went to the dealership and he said "since the mechanic didn't order any parts, it must be a programming issue." Well, it turns out my truck was not even looked at until 8/21. Finally on 8/28 at around 7:35 PM I was texted by Felipe to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up. On 8/29 at around 8:30AM I texted Felipe to let him know I will be at the dealership around 9:45-10 AM to pick up my truck and to please have it ready. I also called the dealership and spoke to Marleen and told her the same - and added to please make sure my truck is ready and clean, since it had been there almost a month. Well, of course when I arrived around 10 AM, it took around 15 minutes to locate my truck and it was covered in black soot. I could not believe they would return a 2023 with just over 4,000 miles to me in that condition; especially after I called to make sure it was ready and clean. Now I had to wait over an hour for my truck to be cleaned. Afterwards, I left in a hurry because I was late to get to an appointment. After my appointment I decided to look at the roof of my truck to see if it was cleaned and well and behold of course it was not cleaned. It still had the black soot. I called and texted Mr. Tamarit and as of now I still has not reached out to me. WORST service department I have ever experienced and that is with getting Christian Povsic (service manager) and Anthony Tamarit (service director) involved. After my truck was there for 21 days I went to the dealership because I needed something from inside my truck. Christian told me to wait a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and me saying something to another service manager, I was told they would have to move 7 vehicles to get to my vehicle. Finally, they decided to bring me the item I needed. While I waited that day, I talked to another customer who was experiencing the same horrible customer service. More

The worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. My vehicle sat in their lot for 4 weeks without being looked at. Their service department and advisor never answer any calls or text messages. I also My vehicle sat in their lot for 4 weeks without being looked at. Their service department and advisor never answer any calls or text messages. I also left 3 messages with their so called “manager.” Not once did either manager return a call in 4 weeks. The only way I was able to speak with anyone in service is by showing up to the dealership in person multiple times. Both of those times I was lied to and told that they were waiting for parts to arrive. Turns out that was untrue as my vehicle was still sitting on their lot without being looked at. Once the vehicle was properly “diagnosed,” it took them 3 hours to fix the issue. A 3 hour job took them 4 weeks to complete. Their lack of honesty, transparency, and regard for any customer is truly embarrassing and outright disrespectful. Their professionalism is a complete joke. I’m still waiting for any manager to return any of my messages. I’ve owned 4 vehicles with Chrysler and have been coming to this same dealership for 10 years. I made it very clear to this service department that they are the reason why I will never be buying another Chrysler or Stellantis vehicle. More

The effort of providing excellent customer service was totally absent. As my words, and questions were completely discarded, as well as any sort of meaningful exchange of information, simply telling me to totally absent. As my words, and questions were completely discarded, as well as any sort of meaningful exchange of information, simply telling me to do this or that as if I were a dog. That the issue is simply life and that's how it is. To only then be charged for something that should be under warrenty because zero actual efforts were made to help rather than just charge me More
