I previously submitted a review of this dealerships service department that was less than favorable. To my surprise they reviewed it and contacted me. Today I responded back to the dealership and the service department that was less than favorable. To my surprise they reviewed it and contacted me. Today I responded back to the dealership and the service manager Christian, provided A1 service. He test drove my vehicle with me and listened to my concerns. After doing this he was able to determine that I needed PCM updates. He quickly put a technician on the job, and I was out of the dealership in less than an hour. Even though my previous trip to this dealership was not a pleasant experience, today they made up for it. It's good to know that they just don't read these reviews and move on, but they actually follow up and try to make things right. Which is what they did today, MADE THINGS RIGHT. More
