The communication was very poor. Not knowledgeable about repairs. They charged me for services that were not completed(tire rotation). Also repairs were not completed properly (my roof is still leaking) which tells me they never tested it. When I call to get someone in service they keep throwing me back on the rotary to answering machines. I’m still waiting for Christian (service manager) to call me after his return from long weekend. I have not disputed charges yet with Amex because I’m trying to let them do the right thing but time is proving they may not know how to. More
