Worst dealership I have ever worked with. They have a Dodge charger rt listed on their website for 32,800 tried to buy it for cash. Flat out told me they wouldn’t sell it for that price. They have 24 cars on their website for $25000 or more off msrp. They won’t sell you any of them for that price. I filled complaints with texdmv and the attorney general. Takes a while but eventually they will get to it. More

Jeep was advertised for $30,900. Decided to buy Jeep after test drive and offered to buy vehicle for advertised price. Finance raised price to $34,900 and added an additional $3000 Decided to buy Jeep after test drive and offered to buy vehicle for advertised price. Finance raised price to $34,900 and added an additional $3000 in “reconditioning” fees. New price was $42,000. Staff tried to explain that they weren’t being deceptive, but changing the price at the last minute is very dishonest. We drove 1.5 hours to test drive and my son loved the vehicle. The whole car buying process took almost 8 hours. I was frustrated and not thinking clearly by the end and just wanted to make my son happy. I ended up trading my truck in and buying the Jeep for my son and another car for my daughter. Worst car buying experience ever. I feel like I fell for the scam. Would never recommend Frisco Dodge to anyone. More
