Not only did she respond promptly every time I texted her asking her a million questions, but she made me feel very comfortable once I arrived to actually purchase. She was never pushy or aggressive in any manner. I trusted her and was pleased with her team. I finally was able to take my car home after 6 months of discussion. Jessica and her team are extremely professional. Please , if you need a car or just someone to answer any questions about a future purchase, contact Jessica Kondo and her team at King Windward Nissan. THANK YOU JESSICA! More

Everything was fast and went easy. Only thing is when I called my credit union they were missing one key paperwork and it wasn’t because of my sales person she was great nor was it because of my finance ma called my credit union they were missing one key paperwork and it wasn’t because of my sales person she was great nor was it because of my finance manager it was because someone in another department had not sent the necessary paperwork to my credit union, therefore I don’t know when my payments will start etc. More

Jessica Kondo is the best car salesperson that I’ve ever had to deal with . There’s not one thing about my whole experience with her and King Windward that was negative. If anything it was on me for not get had to deal with . There’s not one thing about my whole experience with her and King Windward that was negative. If anything it was on me for not getting back to her messages timely that might’ve slowed the whole process down . She fits King Windward well , all the things that people said about King Windward was just proven to me . Christian is also a AAA+ rated person to deal with , King Windward is top notch. More
