Christian is very attentive and patient and courteous — the only concern was there wasn’t transparency about a better truck for just a few dollars more - only told of it when we were going to walk away. I the only concern was there wasn’t transparency about a better truck for just a few dollars more - only told of it when we were going to walk away. I get that they’d want to dump the most basic in their inventory but we’ve purchased over 10 nissans — most from king Windward, so should be open without deception. Wife’s review. More

You spend $22,000 for a car you do expect some things to come with it. For example when I got into my car I noticed there was paper mats on the floor. Underneath them were no car mats. I quickly brought it to my Sales person Christian. He was looking for them when I came back to the dealership in another vehicle. None to be found . So Tyler on of the car prep guys went and got me a brand new set of mats for my vehicle. A few days go by and I notice there is no cover in the back of my car in the last row. I call Christian. He tells me it is an Accessory, not included with the car? I have to buy it. $270.00. Hmmm... wish I paid attention when I drove off the lot about that one. Was not the answer I thought I would get. Anyway, that's the reason for my rating. More

I'm extremely happy with the service and attention I've received from Christian, Matt and Mark. It's never easy unloading a trade with negative equity, but the team at King Windward Nissan was able to pull off a miracle that I was satisfied with. As far as the vehicle is concerned, I"m extremely pleased with my choice. I'd definitely return again to work with these guys again in the future. More
