Hello I am Christie Cook and I grew up in a small town on the West Coast of Oregon. As a child I enjoyed most of my time outside hunting, fishing, camping, building forts, swimming and playing multiple sports throughout School. I moved to Citrus County, Florida in 2000 and Graduated from High School in 2005. I worked in the Restaurant industry for 8 years and started in the Auto Industry in 2011 working multiple positions from Body Shop Assistant, Used Car Assistant Service Manager, Warranty Administrator and Service Advisor. I joined VW in November of 2021 as a Service Advisor and have really enjoyed working here with all of my Co-Workers and the Customers I have encountered. During my spare time I spend most of my time with my Daughter who is my entire World as well as swimming, fishing, gardening and tending to the multiple Animals I have on my small farm. I look forward to meeting and helping you with any future Services!

I purchased this Jetta from Travis in 2020. I love the car. When I purchased my Jetta I had no idea: How well the SERVICE department operates. From the moment I dropped off my car, I was I love the car. When I purchased my Jetta I had no idea: How well the SERVICE department operates. From the moment I dropped off my car, I was met by Christie Cook. Who ensured that this experience was going to be very positive. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and just seemed that my best interest was her major concern. I have the confidence in the service department , that when they suggest a repair, I listen. I have had my Jetta routinely maintained at Jenkins VW. With every experience being better than the last service appointment. Christie has earned my trust. And as long as she is at Jenkins VW. I have no reason to go anywhere else for auto service She and the whole department represent VW in a way that you should be proud! Great doing business with you. Just a good all around experience!
