Hello I am Christie Cook and I grew up in a small town on the West Coast of Oregon. As a child I enjoyed most of my time outside hunting, fishing, camping, building forts, swimming and playing multiple sports throughout School. I moved to Citrus County, Florida in 2000 and Graduated from High School in 2005. I worked in the Restaurant industry for 8 years and started in the Auto Industry in 2011 working multiple positions from Body Shop Assistant, Used Car Assistant Service Manager, Warranty Administrator and Service Advisor. I joined VW in November of 2021 as a Service Advisor and have really enjoyed working here with all of my Co-Workers and the Customers I have encountered. During my spare time I spend most of my time with my Daughter who is my entire World as well as swimming, fishing, gardening and tending to the multiple Animals I have on my small farm. I look forward to meeting and helping you with any future Services!

I brought my 2023 GTI in for service because it was making a clicking noise that seemed to be coming from the clutch or transmission. The Jenkins service department fixed the problem, and they kept me making a clicking noise that seemed to be coming from the clutch or transmission. The Jenkins service department fixed the problem, and they kept me informed during the whole repair process. They also provided a courtesy car for the month that it took to diagnose the problem and fix the car. More

I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted and directed to wait in the service lounge. That area was very nice and a service rep completed my check in there. I watched as they took my vehicle in v directed to wait in the service lounge. That area was very nice and a service rep completed my check in there. I watched as they took my vehicle in video totaling what my vehicle looked like before the servicing started. A tech covered my seating and floor board before entering it to take it back for servicing....very cool. The service was successful and completed in a short time. I signed all my paperwork and was escorted to my vehicle. Great job, great experience More

I owe a huge thank you to Cristina and Aaron (sp? ) at Leesburg Volkswagen. They saved the day. I bought a used 2019 Volkswagen Jetta about two years ago. I had put off purchasing new tires. Last week ) at Leesburg Volkswagen. They saved the day. I bought a used 2019 Volkswagen Jetta about two years ago. I had put off purchasing new tires. Last week, I pulled out of the garage and had a very, very flat tire. Geico roadside assistance came, but whoever had it before absconded with the key that unlocks the lug nuts. So Geico Roadside Assistance could not assist. A tow was out of the question. I was watching my granddaughter and my colossal car seat, well, if you have any experience with a car seat that stays in the car, you know undoing it, then re-securing it in a tow truck was not going to happen. Unless the tow guy wanted to wait around for an hour plus. So, I called Volkswagen and shared my dilemma with Cristina. She got a tech, Aaron, to come out with the master set. He unlocked the lug nuts and stayed until the Geico guy changed the tire. Cristina gave me an estimate of what new tires would cost. I went in the following week and got new tires. The cost was 20 dollars less than the estimate. Thank you Cristina and Aaron!!! More
