extremely rude. had my grandchild with me and he started to fuss the service tech plugged his ears with his fingers in front of us. totally unfriendly and it was v had my grandchild with me and he started to fuss the service tech plugged his ears with his fingers in front of us. totally unfriendly and it was very clear we were an inconvenience for him. didn't change wiper blades like i asked, when i asked if the recall was performed since the service advisor did not speak to me after the service the rude cashier said "read your paperwork its in there" this is why i fully am glad i did not purchase my new car and why i will make sure to never service here again or recommend this dealer More
