Very smooth experience. I was pleasantly surprised. I think starting with a reasonable price right off the bat helped a lot. The vehicle I was interested was tagged as reserved for me even before I made any firm commitment. I know it doesn't cost much for them to do this. But it was a nice touch. Christina helped me through the process with deft hands. I am very pleased with the purchase experience and the vehicle. More
