Other dealerships in the area (Parkvile Heritage, and Glen Burnie Honda) along with online part stores had the parts listed at MSRP. Heritage Belair has the parts listed for 2x or even 3x MSRP. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told “he said that’s the price it can not be changed” He wouldn’t even get on the phone. So I called back and spoke directly to a manager. After going back and forth with her she said she would call me back. I did get a call back and they ended up selling me the parts for MSRP. This place will always up charge their parts and services so be careful when doing business with them. More

Don’t expect Heritage Honda to return your calls I dropped off my vehicle for a recall issue and asked to have the oil changed and a diagnostic test conducted as the “check engine” light was on. Minu I dropped off my vehicle for a recall issue and asked to have the oil changed and a diagnostic test conducted as the “check engine” light was on. Minutes after leaving the dealership, I called and left a message for the service advisor asking that the additional work be canceled as, in my opinion, it was overpriced. I didn’t receive a call back, so after 45-60 minutes, I called back to make sure the work wasn’t done. I spoke with another service advisor who said the other one was at lunch and would return my call later. I explained the situation to the other person, because I feared the work would be done anyway. Approximately 4.5 hours later, I received a call from the service advisor who said he didn’t have the part for the airbag and needed to keep the vehicle overnight, and he said he’d call me on the following day by 12pm. He also said that he received my messages from earlier, and the additional work was not done. On the following day, I hadn’t received a call from the service advisor, so I left a message for the service manager. That message was never returned. Finally, at 2:54pm, the service advisor called to let me know the recall repair was complete. From needing to call the service center multiple times to discuss a time-sensitive issue, to Heritage Honda not even having the part on site, to leaving a message for the service manager and never getting a call back, my experience was very frustrating, and I will not return. More

Michael and Christina and the service technicians continued this tradition recently providing excellent service on my Pilot. The service was completed ahead of schedule and for less than expected. This is why the only place that I let service my Honda is Heritage! More

Highly recommend Heritage Honda I have owned my Honda Pilot since 2015. I was pleased with the deal I got when I purchased it. I felt my salesman, Chris Shroeder worked with me to I have owned my Honda Pilot since 2015. I was pleased with the deal I got when I purchased it. I felt my salesman, Chris Shroeder worked with me to get a fair price. I was not pressured to make a deal at anytime and he didn't hound me while I took time to make my decision. The people there are pleasant. We wound up buying another Pilot in 2016. We had another great experience with our salesperson Sheila Nesbitt. She provided accurate information about the Pilot. She was friendly and easy to work with. Felt we got a fair deal. I am pleased with my service and recommend Keenan Davis to be your service advisor. He ensures my concerns are addressed and service/repairs done properly and timely, keeps me posted on recommendations and the progress of my service. He is attentive and always gives me discounts where he can. He is polite, professional and customer service oriented. I feel like I am in good hands with him looking out for my Pilot. Lastly, he always takes off the annoying service tag on my keyring before giving my key back! Attention to details is what matters! Mr. Davis gets five stars! More
