The service advisor smiled in my face while lying to me. Service advisor said that I had a issue that would need to be addressed within the next 6 months. Didn't have any problems with my vehicle until afte Service advisor said that I had a issue that would need to be addressed within the next 6 months. Didn't have any problems with my vehicle until after work was done on it. This issue is now immediate and Advisor lied to me saying he said my issue was immediate! I was given a estimate for repairs now close to 4k. Escalated my concern to Service Manager who offered a " discount" down to 2.7k. WOW! More

Pathetic My customer experience was horrible At Bel Air Honda. Their nonchalant attitude and poor customer service from the service Department really left a My customer experience was horrible At Bel Air Honda. Their nonchalant attitude and poor customer service from the service Department really left a sour taste in my mouth. I spent my entire Saturday morning I waiting for my car to be serviced (3 + hours) only to be told That half of the services were not Completed because I needed 2 front tires. If this is the way loyal customers are Treated, I will have to look for An alternative for service for my vehicle More
