Malcolm and Ricky the car guru were able to answer all questions and provided great detail on the qualities of the 530i I was looking to purchase. No pushy sales. Finance officer respected my wishes to ex questions and provided great detail on the qualities of the 530i I was looking to purchase. No pushy sales. Finance officer respected my wishes to expedite covering all after market add ons since I wasn't interested in any. Out the door in 1 hour 55 minutes. Great work by the whole team. More

He was very professional, polite and attentive to our needs throughout the process. Kevin checked many times to ensure we were well taken care of. Christina was very efficient with all the financial, warranty, and licensing and registration matters, and was quick to process a change we requested after the sale. Ricky did a great job explaining how all the automated systems worked and made settings tailored to our needs and preferences. Overall, the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
