Customer service person was good, Christina I think was her name. But when I got my truck back there was motor oil all over the outside of my door, the inside of my door, the steering wheel, and the center her name. Worst dealership ever! From Christina the service writer who has no communication skills and is not trustworthy to the general manager Alex who has not responded to my comp From Christina the service writer who has no communication skills and is not trustworthy to the general manager Alex who has not responded to my complaint . They tried to get me to spend 1800 on a new tie rod even after I showed her that I had a platinum extended warranty. Also had my truck for almost a month. I took my truck in for two recalls one for tailgate the can open on its own, I was told that if if has not happened yet they won’t do the recall. I ask if it happened after this, who would be responsible if someone behind me gets hurt if something fall out? No response! The other recall I don’t even know if they did it at all. I have bought multiple trucks there since 1981. Since the old owners sold out a few years ago the place has went to crap. I own a f350 platinum and was looking at a new one. I will never set foot in that dealer ship again! I will spen my $100,000 elsewhere More
