I came to the service department frustrated by ongoing issues with my vehicle and attempts to repair with independent mechanics. By the time I finally went to the dealership it had been in for repairs on issues with my vehicle and attempts to repair with independent mechanics. By the time I finally went to the dealership it had been in for repairs on five different occasions (for the same issue). The service team at Greg May were not only able to quickly diagnose the issue, they explained everything to us in a helpful way. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It ended up being an issue related to an extended warranty bulletin from Honda, so it was not only resolved, it was resolved at no cost to us! Thankful we finally made it to the dealership. More

The shuttle service makes it convenient to drop my vehicle and return to work while maintenance gets completed. I also appreciate that they are willing to work with me to keep maintenance services rea vehicle and return to work while maintenance gets completed. The representative had more than she could handle. I do not appreciate having so many additional services recommended without knowing the price of each service. I was planning a trip so I wanted my car in not appreciate having so many additional services recommended without knowing the price of each service. I was planning a trip so I wanted my car in good shape. Over $2,000 - really! My car had to left overnight. Trouble finding me a loaner car since I live out of town. I had trouble getting staff to return my phone calls in a timely fashion. More

Did not perform service I paid for- this is the 2nd time this has happened at this dealership. I paid to have routine maintenance and tires rotated and the past two service visits they attempted to hand th this has happened at this dealership. I paid to have routine maintenance and tires rotated and the past two service visits they attempted to hand the car off to me without rotating the tires. Unbeknownst to them, I know the markings on the wheels and always check before leaving the dealership. I understand this could happen once, but twice! Looks like an intentional miss for this dealers service department. Lots of money to be made for no service if this is routine for them. Very disappointing since this is the only Honda dealer within 50 miles. More
