Did not perform service I paid for- this is the 2nd time this has happened at this dealership. I paid to have routine maintenance and tires rotated and the past two service visits they attempted to hand th this has happened at this dealership. I paid to have routine maintenance and tires rotated and the past two service visits they attempted to hand the car off to me without rotating the tires. Unbeknownst to them, I know the markings on the wheels and always check before leaving the dealership. I understand this could happen once, but twice! Looks like an intentional miss for this dealers service department. Lots of money to be made for no service if this is routine for them. Very disappointing since this is the only Honda dealer within 50 miles. More

It was my second visit for service on my Pilot and everything was done according to the time estimated and no surprises on the cost. The service department was extremely courteous and informative abo everything was done according to the time estimated and no surprises on the cost. Simply awesome! Christina was able to work me in for an oil change and thanks to Dalton was able to help me out with some wheels for a short time while the work was being done! The car was ready upon my re oil change and thanks to Dalton was able to help me out with some wheels for a short time while the work was being done!
