I purchased a new car this year. Had a previous Audi I had a 2008 Audi A4, which was a service loaner with 3,200 miles. And after 156,000 miles there was a problem that could not be fixed. I went back to Flemington Audi to see if I could get another service loaner with low mileage. They had a couple, but not in a color that we wanted. Well I was talking to Tony Santangelo and he found a 2015 Audi A 4 that marched what we wanted. Great guy and I had a new car in just a week. Love it. More

Christina was extremely helpful with our out of warranty Audi A4, when the car began to experience a problem again that we had reported when it was under warranty. Christina scheduled us in the next day fo Audi A4, when the car began to experience a problem again that we had reported when it was under warranty. Christina scheduled us in the next day for service, even though we were calling late in the afternoon for an appointment. She kept us advised of all work that was being performed and the next steps that were required for us to fix the issue. Her customer service was second to none, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about what was needed for our vehicle. She lobbied and was successful for Audi of America to cover the repairs even though we were out of warranty because we reported it when it was in warranty. Thank you, Christina for all of your help.
