We also received expert advice and assistance from Steve Opdyke when we were making our decision about a replacement vehicle for our 2013 Q5 that was to totaled in an accident. We were very fortunate to come through the accident with only minor injuries since the Q5 is an extremely well constructed and safe vehicle . An exceptional dealer experience! I was looking for a 2014-2015 CPO A3 with Quattro. Was recommended this dealership by a friend and called to see what they had in stock. Spoke with R I was looking for a 2014-2015 CPO A3 with Quattro. Was recommended this dealership by a friend and called to see what they had in stock. Spoke with Rob Barcellona who was courteous and professional on the phone. He noted a CPO 2015 A3 that was perfect for me just came on the lot and said he would hold it for me so I could take a look. He then proceeded to e-mail me the original sticker and all other information he had on the car. A week later we made it out to the dealership to see the car (I live approximately 1 hour away) and met with Rob and John Rachmiel. Once we got out there we got a very warm welcome from both Rob and John. They knew I was coming so they parked the car out front, detailed it and had it prepped for me to take a test drive. John accompanied me in the car for the ride since I was not familiar with the area or the car. He was helpful the entire ride without once being obtrusive. We drove many miles on various streets (bumpy, curvy, straightaways, highways, residential, you name it) so I could get a great feel for the car. Once I was done and it was time to talk price John and Rob did a great job of getting me the right, fair price, THE FIRST TIME with no trouble at all. Possibly the easiest car buying experience you'll ever have. Flash forward to a two days later and the car was making a whirring type noise on the driver’s side. Call up Rob who connects me with Christina Serafin in service. She arranges for someone to pick up the car and drop off a loaner so it can be checked out cause I live an hour away. I was floored. These are people that know how to treat a customer. I bought a car which should have been perfect from day 1. They realized that it wasn’t and made sure that both me and the car were taken care of properly. One wheel bearing replacement later they drove my repaired car back to me and picked up the loaner. Could not have been a better experience. More

I worked with Harrison Turner as my Sales Contact and he was really knowledgable with lease end options and super supportive while I changed my mind several times on which car I wanted to lease this time. The nice thing about Flemington Audi is that when you walk into the showroom, there is no pressure. Everyone is super friendly and accomodating. Another great perk to Flemington Audi is the service department- shout out to Christina and Michelle. You will meet this two terrific gals if you purchase Audi Care( highly recommend this option) or use the service department at this dealership. Super nice and always willing to do 'Whatever it Takes 'to make your day easier. I also worked with Corey Evans for the final paperwork and always a pleasure to do business with. Quick service, friendly people, comfortable lounge First service of my 2014 Audi A4 was completed quickly.
