Christina was extremely helpful with our out of warranty Audi A4, when the car began to experience a problem again that we had reported when it was under warranty. Christina scheduled us in the next day fo Audi A4, when the car began to experience a problem again that we had reported when it was under warranty. Christina scheduled us in the next day for service, even though we were calling late in the afternoon for an appointment. She kept us advised of all work that was being performed and the next steps that were required for us to fix the issue. Her customer service was second to none, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about what was needed for our vehicle. She lobbied and was successful for Audi of America to cover the repairs even though we were out of warranty because we reported it when it was in warranty. Thank you, Christina for all of your help. Since purchasing my Audi A6 in 2007 I have had many opportunities to visit the service department. Every time, the staff in Flemington is quite friendly and helpful. Most of my interaction, though is opportunities to visit the service department. Every time, the staff in Flemington is quite friendly and helpful. Most of my interaction, though is with Christina, at the service desk. Recently, my husband scheduled an appointment for me to bring my Audi in for service. It was a last minute appointment that he then had to reschedule and, in the confusion, forgot to request a loaner car. All of his calls, as well as the many subsequent calls from me - hoping to get a much needed loaner, were taken by Christina. She and I exchanged phone calls up until 15 minutes before I was due to drop off my car, and in the end she found something for me! Christina was nothing but kind and courteous to me throughout the whole event, handing me the loaner car keys with a smile. She laughed when I tried to apologize for all the confusion, and said it was never a problem. All the time, I hear complaints from friends and coworkers about their dealers' service departments. Not me, the staff at Flemington Audi, especially Christina, make taking my car in for service a very pleasant experience. More
