We always work with Debbie Lotufo and Doug Matthewson for sales and Michele Marsh or Christina Serafin in service. Debbie and Doug are genuinely nice people who treated us just as well when we walked into the dealership the first time as they did this past time. Not only do they know their products, but they have gotten to know us, as well. There is never any pressure and Debbie ALWAYS follows up to make sure that any concerns we have, no matter how minor, are resolved. Michele and Christina are always attentive to our service needs in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. Although we have shopped around, no other Audi dealership can give us the deal we get at Flemington Volkswagen Porsche Audi. I was having a problem with my AC and after taking it to a different Audi dealership twice (and calling Audi USA) and getting no results, I called Flemington Audi and Christina Serafin went above and beyond to help me. It turned out my car needed a new compressor and she didn't let it go until it was fixed. It is because of Christina that I decided to have all of my services done at Flemington Audi (which is a 2 hour drive for me). I've also dealt with Michele Marsh, she is also amazing. She's helped get me in for service when it was convenient for me and took care of my 25,000 mile service that was never completed when I took it for service at a different dealership. Christina and Michele are so pleasant and professional that I would recommend this dealership to anyone regardless of the location. Good service is hard to find and at Flemington Audi it is exceptional, worth the drive! More

An exceptional dealer experience! I was looking for a 2014-2015 CPO A3 with Quattro. Was recommended this dealership by a friend and called to see what they had in stock. Spoke with R I was looking for a 2014-2015 CPO A3 with Quattro. Was recommended this dealership by a friend and called to see what they had in stock. Spoke with Rob Barcellona who was courteous and professional on the phone. He noted a CPO 2015 A3 that was perfect for me just came on the lot and said he would hold it for me so I could take a look. He then proceeded to e-mail me the original sticker and all other information he had on the car. A week later we made it out to the dealership to see the car (I live approximately 1 hour away) and met with Rob and John Rachmiel. Once we got out there we got a very warm welcome from both Rob and John. They knew I was coming so they parked the car out front, detailed it and had it prepped for me to take a test drive. John accompanied me in the car for the ride since I was not familiar with the area or the car. He was helpful the entire ride without once being obtrusive. We drove many miles on various streets (bumpy, curvy, straightaways, highways, residential, you name it) so I could get a great feel for the car. Once I was done and it was time to talk price John and Rob did a great job of getting me the right, fair price, THE FIRST TIME with no trouble at all. Possibly the easiest car buying experience you'll ever have. Flash forward to a two days later and the car was making a whirring type noise on the driver’s side. Call up Rob who connects me with Christina Serafin in service. She arranges for someone to pick up the car and drop off a loaner so it can be checked out cause I live an hour away. I was floored. These are people that know how to treat a customer. I bought a car which should have been perfect from day 1. They realized that it wasn’t and made sure that both me and the car were taken care of properly. One wheel bearing replacement later they drove my repaired car back to me and picked up the loaner. Could not have been a better experience. More
