I had a few odd hiccups with the service I needed on my Bronco. After communication about the problems and the potential cause we were able to complete the recall and warranty work. Christy the service manager even took the time to contact me to insure I understood the repairs needed. I look forward to returning to the dealership for my final repair after the parts arrive from the factory. More
