Brought truck in for losing power steering after truck gets to temperature, and at low rpm and click clacking noise when the suspension was flexing. asked for a diagnostic. received an estimate for repair gets to temperature, and at low rpm and click clacking noise when the suspension was flexing. asked for a diagnostic. received an estimate for repairs. Approved the repairs as diagnostic seemed to have been done. Then was scheduled for repairs after being told all the parts were in. On drop off found out all parts were not in. things on the estimate were not looked over to ensure all parts were ordered so repairs couldn't start. Repairs delayed for over a week. and then when repairs were eventually finished 2 weeks later and the truck was returned to me. The repairs never fixed the original issue. Currently out $4000 and still no power steering at low rpm after truck is at temperature. More
