I am retiring my 2004 Acura TL (purchased at Marin Acura in 2013) after 100,000 worry free miles. I knew I wanted to buy another Acura and Christine Brown was my guide and mentor for this process at Marin Acura. I have never met a more knowledgeable and experienced salesperson. Most importantly she listened to my unique requirements in a car and never tried to fit me into a car that ignored those essentials. The manager was personable and quick to understand my budget restrictions. Their finance director, Nassim Kabbara was intelligent, efficient and humorous which I know may seem like an oxymoron: how is it possible that a 30 minute meeting with a Finance Director could be 'entertaining'? Finally, I feel so pleased and happy with my new car (Acura TLX 2017 with technology package) because I trust that Marin Acura and specifically, Christine Brown will be there to answer my questions and honor their agreements through the life of my car. More

I chose a 2020 ILX and she sat with me in the car explaining everything about the technology after my purchase. Working with Christine put the experience of purchasing a car in an entirely new light for me - it was more like spending a few hours with a good friend who has your best interest at heart. I also found Jean-Pierre in finance a joy to deal with, and Daniel Munoz the product specialist was very knowledgeable when I returned with some technology questions a few days later. More
