They held my hand through each step and took the time to show me every detail on how to operate the vehicles and their features. The sales rep was patient when I needed time to think. Only thing I would say could have been better was maybe have more than one of the type of vehicle that I wanted. We checked shipments but very few were coming in. Minor gripe but that's about it. I get a phone call the next morning from Casey as a follow up to make sure everything is going smooth so far with the car. Overall Heritage Toyota is my favorite place to buy a car because of how helpful and friendly everyone is and they go the extra mile to make sure you get into the car you love without having the pressure of your average dealership.
