Tony Cesario was very helpful during my service visit. I had some issues with the rear view camera and they spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to correct it. At the same time, the car got it's oi had some issues with the rear view camera and they spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to correct it. At the same time, the car got it's oil changed, an overall inspection and a car wash. I am very pleased with their attention to detail and friendliness. They are still working on resolving the issue with the camera but I am sure it will get straightened out. I had spoken to Christine on the phone about the issue before and she offered a lot of good suggestions. The service area and waiting room are very clean and well lit, and comfortable to wait for the service to be completed. Highly recommended. Joe Hamdan was my sales person and provided a good deal when I traded in my used vehicle for the Traverse. I am very happy with the vehicle and am enjoying it very much. Patty More

WOW!! Thats what I say about Phillips Chevy!!! My Chevy Cruz had a malfunction indicator light go on and I was freaking out, not knowing anything about cars. I called the dealership and spoke with Christin Cruz had a malfunction indicator light go on and I was freaking out, not knowing anything about cars. I called the dealership and spoke with Christine and she assured me that they would look at the car and get it taken care of. I brought the car in and they called me the same day and said it was ready and the service department was open until 9pm so I could pick it up. I couldn't believe they were open that late, very helpful for a working mom on the go! This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Phillips and I will be back when I am ready for #3! More

Phillips Chevrolet has the best customer service, bar none! Every time I bring my truck in for service I always receive at least 2 phone calls to make sure I was taken care of. My last visit (9-13) I came back in because there was a recall on my window switch being weather proofed. I went in and my window switch was serviced. I left and the switch stopped working. My service consultant Christine Smrstlk called me to make sure I was satisfied. I told her my problem. I really didn't think I had a chance of getting the switch replaced(I have a 2007 Envoy Denali). She double checked to make sure my trip would not be in vain. I just let the dealer, no charge. Because of her phone call, I now have a new switch and will be purchasing my next set of tires from Phillips Chevrolet because of the great customer service and professionalism of Christine Smrstlk! Christine went over the diagnostic review,explained what would be done and went over the prices of each repair that was recomended. Upon my ok she processed repair form and advied me of a repair that could would be done and went over the prices of each repair that was recomended. I prefer dealing with one service rep, one who can listen to what I say and point the technician in the right direction. Chris fits the bill and is very pleasant to deal with.
