I have great confidence in the service department. This is the only place I take my car. I dropped my car off and received a detailed video of the work that needed to be done...bonus points for the This is the only place I take my car. I dropped my car off and received a detailed video of the work that needed to be done...bonus points for the detail and conveying a feeling that they care about making sure my concerns were heard and addressed. One of the extras I look forward to is that after the maintenance service, my car is washed and shines in the sun as if it is almost new...that did not happen this time and I was a little disappointed. That point aside, overall, I am pleased with the service I have received to date. More

It seems that the service department overbooks. It took over 3 hours to just get an oil change & a car wash. I had an appointment & arrived 15 mins early. I set so long I. The fact that I got in right on time for my reservation was great. My attendant was great. Everything was great.
