I just leased my 3rd CR-V from Honda of Nanuet. I have had a great experience with my first 2. I met with sales rep Tony and he explained everything in detail. Also the kind dedication of Mr. Mike Ehirim to ensure that I understand each of the documents involved in the agreement and even carefully advising on various aspects during the closure. Juan helped us purchase our certified Honda Pilot and trade in our 2015 Pilot seamlessly. He was more than helpful, attentive and professional with all our needs, and went above and beyond to make our purchasing experience perfect. He had the car ready to go in one day and even stayed beyond closing to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our purchase. We also worked with James Torres in Finance who was also professional, friendly and eager to help us wrap up our purchase. The Manager, Dhimitri, took the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and we were in our new car quickly. This was an all around great experience at a dealership, for once!
