I m I purchased a CPO 2014 Honda CRV two months ago from DCH Honda of Nanuet. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership. I made an internet inquiry and Christine from internet sales was very helpful and arranged a time for me to come down. I came down and was introduced to a sales person right away who was patient and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I already had the vehicle I wanted in mind and Tony Oparoku was very flexible with driving the car to my mechanic to have it looked at, and he even picked me up the day I bought the car, drove me to the bank where I picked up the check, and then drove me to the dealership. This was immensely helpful to me since my husband wasn't around that day and it saved me the hassle of having to taxi to the dealership. I got an amazing car at a great price and there were no issues with the sale and the process was very fast and streamlined. In addition, they held the car for me once I made my choice because I was waiting for a check from insurance since this car was replacing one that was totaled. Tony was helpful, patient, and eager to please throughout the entire process and I highly recommend him. If I am in the market for a car again in the near future I would definitely return to DCH Honda of Nanuet. More

He is funny, laid back and easy to talk to and definitely made the experience one to remember. I would recommend asking for Tony Oparaku if you go here to have a great sales experience!!! Dhimitri was great as well and was determined to get me approved for what I said I could afford and although it didn’t work out for the first couple choices I had he worked over the weekend and was finally able to get me into something I could afford and was happy with... Then when I finally met with finance to seal the deal Mike Ehirim mad my day even better bc he was able to get my payments even lower!!! All in all considering I went to Honda on a whim bc I got a pre-approval letter and jus wanted to see if I could get something...it wound up being a worthwhile trip and I appreciate all the great customer service I received from these 3 guys!!! More
