She and John Calamusso got me out of a tough spot that neither of them were responsible for putting me in right before Christmas. They were awesome! As for the sales department, we never got the promised $1,500 credit or free 2-year EVGo charging we were promised. After four follow-up emails that went nowhere, we gave up trying. If we got one of those two promised credits, this would have been a 5-star review. More
