I was born and raised in NJ. I Moved to Florida in August of 2001. I started working for Crown in June of 2002, and I love working for the company. My career started as a receptionist at Crown Collision Center before moving to the Detail Department. After that, I wanted to learn more about the Service part of Crown. I trained at Mitsubishi, then I moved to Nissan which is where I have been since June of '05.

I had my 30,000 mile maintenace done today and I was so happy with the service I received. Christine Smith took care of me and she is an asset to crown I do not let anyone else take care of me but her. happy with the service I received. To start the dealer emailed me that it is time for service on my Xterra. I called and got the time I wanted on the next Saturday morning. They serviced my car and did it fast. They changed the oil, r service on my Xterra. I called and got the time I wanted on the next Saturday morning. They serviced my car and did it fast. They changed the oil, rotated the tires and did a inspection. Plus I got a free car wash. There is coffee for free, and a nice waiting area. I brought my lunch to eat while I waited. The place is clean and comfortable to wait for the work to be done on my car. More

I just want to say that Christine Smith is a great person. She is very helpful, patient, understanding and really knows her job. She always makes me feel special and makes sure she gets the best deals for me. I would highly recomend her to anyone thats looking for great customer service. Recently I bought a 2013 Nissan Maxima from Crown Nissan. Will and Tyler provided me great service during the sale. They pay great attention and were very patience trying to close the deal. Crown sales price was not the best in the area but Will and Tyler were able to make it very competitive to the other Nissan dealers. I would recommend Crown Nissan to anyone who is thinking to purchase a new Nissan just ask for Will Shull or Tyler Silver and they will do their best to get the best price for your deal. Also if you looking for the best customer service for Crown Nissan service dept. ask for Christine smith she was really very pleasant and helpful. More

I have bought cars from Crown Nissan over the past 35 years. I purchased my current vehicle, 2006 Nissan Murano used in 2009.
