Criswell practices deception in advertising and denies manufacturers incentives without showing why in the terms. The advertisement showed money off the sticker final MSRP which clearly included destinati manufacturers incentives without showing why in the terms. The advertisement showed money off the sticker final MSRP which clearly included destination charge. The add said the discount is off full MSRP nearly 5000 dollars. Then the dealer tried taking destination charge off the discount which reduced the discount by almost 2000 dollars. They also denied a 2000 dollar factory incentive but refused to sho in the terms why I didn’t qualify. Furthermore the dealer put a bunch of add on dealer installed low quality high retail price items which further eroded the advertised price. I drove hours to get to this dealer just to find out the advertised price it’s a sham just to get people on the lot. More
