Smooth and effortless Went to a previous dealership that ended up being VERY SHADEY! picked out the car I wanted, test drove it, loved it and the deal was complete within 1 Went to a previous dealership that ended up being VERY SHADEY! picked out the car I wanted, test drove it, loved it and the deal was complete within 12 hrs. I didnt give them 5 stars because it had a faulty rear wiper blade that ended scraping my entire rear shield, I felt they should have known about that so both had to be replaced, & the interior detailing was poor when i picked up my car but they stood behind the warranty. Things I've learned to check out myself before driving away. All in all, very satisfied. More

Purchase 2 weeks after the expensive purchase of a vehicle the accelerator went while I was driving on the highway with my son! Like it went from accelerating 2 weeks after the expensive purchase of a vehicle the accelerator went while I was driving on the highway with my son! Like it went from accelerating and me getting into my lane all the way down to 20 mph with a tractor trailer behind me! The tractor trailer blowing his horn and swerved me and thank God no one was in the left lane and he quickly maneuvered over. The scariest thing I have ever been through! I got off the highway made it back to Bob Johnson only for the car having to stay there and took a shuttle home, expressed I needed a car I have physical therapy and a X-ray next day, they say no rentals available like zero in a car dealership, no loaners, no anything, the next day the call same with a rental of a huge Silverado I mean I’m 5’3 with a fractured spine out on workers comp I can’t miss any appointments with those people and they gave me that truck to drive of all the xxxx cars while this was going on not once did anyone apologize for this inconvenience, this nonsense. This was my 3rd car from Bob Johnson over the years, I will never go back to them. I rather just don’t deal with GMC or Chevy and go somewhere were the employees/staff make the customer feel like they are appreciate. Still to this day haven’t heard anything from them honestly we could have died in that xxxx car but it’s a lesson I won’t repeat again. More

Wonderful I had to take my vehicle in for a sound it was making and crack in windshield. While it was there I had them do oil change as well. He was very professional and went out of his way to be sure to keep me posted on part arrivals and when my vehicle would be ready. Great experience. More

Professional, efficient The staff took my vehicle right away, very pleasant...I was able to get a shuttle to the mall within minutes from a gentleman who was professional and The staff took my vehicle right away, very pleasant...I was able to get a shuttle to the mall within minutes from a gentleman who was professional and very nice to talk to...when my car was ready I was notified and the shuttle came back for me...picked up my vehicle-no charge! Worst Customer Service ever!! I had a recall on my car before booking my appointment I wanted to make sure the repair would be completely covered. When I called the receptionist to I had a recall on my car before booking my appointment I wanted to make sure the repair would be completely covered. When I called the receptionist told me I had to speak to someone in the service department whoever she directed me to never answered so I left a voicemail. This happened for 2 weeks straight injustbkept leaving voicemails and never got a call back. I was extremely frustrated at this point that I even started having other family members call as well finally I got through to chris the service department manager. After speaking with him he could get me a appointment the following week (keep in mind it's been over a month now I've been trying to get in) he told me he would call me back to confirm. I never got a phone call back. I decided to just show up at the day and time we had discussed on the previous phone call. When I got there I was told I would get a rental car for the inconvince of my car and was informed they would need my car until Friday. My appointment was on Thursday. They gave me a huge pick up truck that was an extremely gas hog I drive a sonic which is a very small car that I rarely have to fill the tank on. So I was extremely upset about this. Come Friday I get a phone call saying they were able to get my car in the shop on thursday the day of my appointment or today(Friday). I was informed they would call me tomorrow( Saturday) I never received a phone call on Saturday or Monday. Tuesday I called asking when my car would be done at that point they said they did not get a chance yet to work on my car. They would call me later in the week when it was ready. I got called on Friday that my car was ready....meaning they had my car for over a week!!! I spend so much money in gas in that stupid pick up truck I was pissed. I could of drove my car for a whole another week pretty much. This was by far the worst service ever. Another reason why I never get my oil changed there because a 30 min oil change takes hours and is ×2 the amount of money. I never get any services there unless its cover by my warranty or a absolute must. The service is absolutely terrible!! I just paid my car off and am highly considering going to another dealership for a new car when I'm ready. Chevy has been used by my family for years pretty much everyone owns a Chevy but we have all had bad experiences to the point where we are considering switching dealers. More
