I dealt with Gustavo and Chris. Gustavo is a very friendly approachable guy who will help you out and make sure that all your questions and concerns are answered. Chris is very professional and methodical and very good to deal with. The process initially was a little lengthy which was frustrating but the end result was very good. I would recommend the dealership to my friends and family. More

Above and Beyond I went to Southbank to testdrive a 2016 Trailhawk because they had by far the most in inventory of any dealer. I was greeted by Joey Elmakdah and proc I went to Southbank to testdrive a 2016 Trailhawk because they had by far the most in inventory of any dealer. I was greeted by Joey Elmakdah and proceeded to take a testdrive with him. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I went back to see him a few days later and we started to discuss numbers.I would encourage anyone going to Southbank to search out Joey, a true pleasure to deal with. I was then passed on to Christopher Desjardins, another very knowledgeable and friendly individual. I signed the papers and after the fact there was a little confusion about one number. I was a little puzzled by one thing so I sent a quick email to Dennis Langlois. He explained everything and even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
