We had a great experience with Jaideep, we wanted to see the new caravan he showed us a nice one and explained all the new features. When we were negotiating we asked for an itemized breakdown of the cost i the new caravan he showed us a nice one and explained all the new features. When we were negotiating we asked for an itemized breakdown of the cost instead of just the monthly payment amount and he immediately provided it. The trade in price for our vehicle was also very reasonable and when negotiating it we felt valued. Overall 5 stars because at the end of the day Jaideep wanted to make a sale but he also listened and adapted to our expectations instead of being pushy, financing and vehicle delivery was smooth sailing as well. More

I never knew buying a vehicle could be such a wonderful experience. My only regret is not buying my previous vehicles at Southbank dodge. I usually dread having to deal with the usual dealerships and standard salesmen who put you in a vehicle, you end up settling for, that leaves you walking away from your purchase wondering if you should have gone somewhere else. The sales staff went above and beyond and put me in the truck of my dreams, something I never thought I would have. I am beyond grateful for everything they did for me. The care, knowledge and guidance I received from Kyle ustianyk and Simon mertick as well as all the staff at Southbank dodge are an experience I recommend everyone treat themselves to. I am a customer for life. More
